The New Zealand Claims Resolution Service (NZCRS) is here to help homeowners find resolution by providing access to advice, case management where appropriate and legal, engineering and wellbeing support, tailored to their individual needs.

    The NZCRS is a government service that provides homeowners with free independent support to resolve residential insurance issues resulting from natural disasters.
  • Advisory Committee
    The NZCRS Advisory Committee advises on matters crucial to the resolution of outstanding claims. It has oversight of NZCRS services’ performance, monitors progress against service objectives and can recommend service improvements.
